2 - Create a team logo and crest
(or leave the front of the jerseys blank) |

You
will need to send us a digital file of your team logo in vector
format. EPS format with all text converted to outlines is
preferable.
If you do not have a team logo, we will be happy to design
one for you at a feww of $30/hr. The cost for a custom logo generally ranges from $100
to $200 depending on the design and time to create it.

The following imprinting methods are available for crests:
Direct Screen Printing, Screen Printing on Twill, Sub-dyed
twill, Embroidery on Twill, and Direct Tackle Twill. |

We
offer several styles of player numbers from which you can
choose. Please click here to view
font styles for player numbers. The following imprinting methods
are available for numbers: One or Two-Colour Twill numbers
(see image to left) and Direct Screen Printing. Numbers are
available in 10" or 12". |

To request a

at info@cmdesignsolutions.com and include the information
below (see example towards bottom of page).
Request for Quote:
•Your
name and phone number.
•Desired hockey jersey & sock style numbers.
•The quantity of shirts and/or socks you require.
•Desired features such as: front crest, numbers on
back, numbers on sleeves, name bar and shoulder patches.
•Please also let us know if you would like us to design
a crest for you. If you already have a crest design, please
let us know how many colours it contains.
Placing an order:
In addition to the above "Request for Quote" information,
please include a list of player number, shirt size, player's
names as it is to appear on the name bar (if applicable)
and captain "C" or "A".
Also, please indicate in your email the imprint methods
for the front crest, numbers, and name bar.
